Soliciting thoughts on mixing of raw milk with pasteurized skim milk milk with subsequent mixing in "raw" storage. I understand that mixing raw with past cream or milk could be detremental if the fat globule membrane was disrupted during processing resulting in lypolysis of the triglycerides.

What would be the concerns with mixing raw "whole" milk and pasteurized skim milk? If the fat is minmimized are their quality/flavor concerns?
