Welcome to the forums!

Firstly MPN results are normally converted to counts using tables. You can find tables in many laboratory manuals / textbooks.

There are also several free on line calculators. Additionally there is an excellent spreadsheet available from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that also provides some basic statistical information on the reliability of the results. The spreadsheet can be downloaded from the Laboratory Methods section on the the FDA website.
