Hello,

I am new to ice cream making. I started making ice cream few months ago when i decided to open my soft serve frozen yogurt shop. I am making my own mix from fresh yogurt. I would like to start making some gelato as well and would like you to reccomend me some books and articles that would teach me the basics of gelato making. And perhabs in the process i could improve my frozen yogurt mix.
