Any suggestions, I keep seeing a lot of recipes for ice cream and i want to give them a go, but they all say "in an ice cream maker", does anyone have one?

Ideally you want to be able to mix your ice cream mix as it freezes. Low cost home machines are sold by Amazon for example. They currently sell a 1.5 L "Which" best buy for less than £40. This is more than sufficient to start your home ice cream making.
